Care2Give was founded in 2007 by three local women with a combined experience of over 40 years in the staffing and healthcare industries. Outstanding, award-winning individuals who truly understand the importance of finding the right home for employees and the most perceptive solution to a client’s needs.

Ashley Osborne
After 15 years in the staffing industry, Ashley has found her “home” in senior care. Since 2005 Ashley has worked with seniors in an assisted living environment where she prided herself in the compassionate care of seniors. Known to her coworkers as the most kindhearted and considerate giver on staff, Ashley exemplifies the meaning of the word care.
As an owner of Care2Give, Ashley brings her understanding of the special needs and requirements of others to a service dedicated to providing your loved ones the care they deserve.

Dea Richard
Since 1987 Dea has worked with citizens from Fort Worth to Dallas on finding their ideal position and success in their lives. As one of eight children she has often served as the “Caregiver” to many family members.
After 12 years of helping others realize their goals as a corporate support and training professional, Dea decided to turn her expertise to the senior care industry and co-founded Care2Give, allowing her to combine her dedicated sense of family with her gift of placing the right person in the right position every time.

April Vaughn
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and 12 years experience in the staffing industry, April brings a unique blend of practical and conceptual characteristics to her role as Owner of Care2Give. Working on both a local and national level, April is well versed in working with individuals from all walks and in all phases of their lives.
April is also the owner of Snelling Staffing of Sherman, TX where she has been a consistent award winner and has proven to be a beacon of hope and inspiration to her staff and the community.
